Yumari’s Senior Shoot
We’ve known Yumari since her quinceañera, way back when we first pointed a camera her way. That was just the start—since then, we’ve shot her through a string of big moments, and now she’s hitting her senior year. She’s not just any kid: she’s the top soccer goalie in Texas, seventh in the nation, and just scored a scholarship to Alabama State. We’re damn proud of her. When she asked Knotted Tree Studios to handle her senior photos, prom shoot, and a senior video, we were ready to get to work.

Yumari’s always been easy to shoot. She’s chill, doesn’t overthink it, and lets us do what we do. We’ve watched her grow from that quince girl to this senior who’s got her eyes on the future. Getting the call for her senior stuff wasn’t just another job—it was a chance to keep up with someone we’ve rooted for all along.
Downtown Killeen
For the senior photos, we picked downtown Killeen at sunset. The streets, the buildings, the way the light hit—it gave us a raw, urban feel. Yumari showed up, moved through her poses, and owned it. No drama, just her being her: focused, steady, ready. The shots are straightforward, no nonsense, and they’re all Yumari.

Prom at CTC
The prom shoot was at the CTC duck pond in Killeen. It was cold, windy, and not exactly a dream day for photos. Yumari didn’t care. She rolled up in her dress, stood by the water, and got it done. The wind was a pain, but she didn’t flinch, and the photos show it—her against the elements, looking sharp.
Soccer Night Video
We also shot a video of her entrance at Harker Heights High School’s senior soccer night. The crowd was loud, the lights were bright, and Yumari walked out like she belonged there—because she does. We kept the focus tight, catching her stride, her calm. It’s a short clip, but it’s got her all over it.
For Yumari
Yumari makes our job easy. She shows up, brings her A-game, and lets us capture it. These photos, this video—they’re for her, a piece of this moment before she heads to Alabama State. To Yumari: go kill it. We’re in your corner.
