Sutton, and for the past several years, I've dedicated myself to creating visually stunning and emotionally charged projects that go beyond the surface. From crafting cinematic short films to capturing the raw beauty of fine art photography, my work embraces the unusual, the dark, and the profoundly human. It aims to connect with the audience emotionally, inspiring them with the power of storytelling.

Who Is This Studio For?

I've had the privilege of working on diverse projects, from corporate campaigns to intimate portrait sessions. But over time, I've realized my passion lies in creating art that challenges norms and tells unique stories. Whether photographing the intricate details of a weathered face or weaving a narrative through moving visuals, I aim to evoke emotion and inspire thought.

At Knotted Tree Studios, we produce exclusive, creative, and fine art projects that resonate deeper. Each piece is crafted with care and an obsessive attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality, I limit the number of client projects I take on each month. This allows me to give every project the time and dedication it deserves. Currently, I accept a maximum of four monthly clients, with a minimum project rate of $300. This exclusivity ensures that each client feels privileged and valued.

While client work is integral to my work, Knotted Tree Studios is also a space where personal creativity thrives. I'm actively building a library of resources for fellow creatives, including blogs, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content that dives into the creative process. I'm also developing a beginner's photography course to bridge the gap between casual interest and professional skill.

My ultimate goal is to complete Project Hemlock, an ambitious post-apocalyptic narrative that combines photography, film, and writing into a cohesive and immersive world. This long-term vision is a testament to the depth and breadth of the stories we aim to tell, and every step I take now is a building block toward that dream.
