Intellectual Property Rights All content included on this site—including but not limited to cinematic photography (Sin City, Whitley Queen, etc.), film footage, text, “Atomic” design elements, and technical articles—is the exclusive property of Knotted Tree Studios.

  • Usage: You may not download, screenshot, or redistribute any media from this site without express written permission from Mike @ Knotted Tree Studios.
  • Copyright: We “light the scars” and defend the craft. Any unauthorized use of our imagery for commercial purposes will be met with legal action to protect the integrity of the Studio.

User Conduct: The Tribe When interacting with our community or leaving comments, you agree to maintain the “Hierarchy of Order.” We reserve the right to terminate access or delete comments for:

  • Harassment or “Trolling” of talent (Models/Stylists).
  • Attempts to inject malicious code or bypass site security.
  • Spamming external links.

Professional Services & Bookings All photography and film sessions are subject to separate service agreements. However, these digital terms apply to all initial inquiries and bookings made through the site.

  • Accuracy of Information: We strive for “Digital Perfection,” but we do not warrant that the technical specs or project descriptions are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any “glitches in the signal” at any time.

Limitation of Liability Knotted Tree Studios is a production house. We are not responsible for any technical issues that arise from the use of our site, nor are we liable for how you choose to apply the technical advice found in our articles (e.g., the Exposure Triangle or Denoise AI). You use the “Lab’s” knowledge at your own risk.

Age Requirements & Restricted Content

1. Age Affirmation By creating an account and joining the Tribe, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Access to the “Vault” and certain “Project Anatomy” materials is strictly prohibited to individuals under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Content KTS (Know The Soul) is a digital art and media house. Our work frequently explores themes of horror, the macabre, and the human form. This includes Fine Art Nudity. You acknowledge that this content is artistic in nature and is not designed for prurient interest or “pornographic” consumption.

3. User Responsibility By entering restricted areas of the site, you confirm that:

  • You are not offended by artistic depictions of the human form or dark thematic elements.
  • You are accessing this material for its artistic, educational, or narrative value.
  • You will not share, distribute, or display “Premium Vault” content to minors.

4. Breach of Terms Any account found to be operated by a minor, or any user found to be sharing restricted content with unauthorized individuals, will be permanently terminated without a refund. We reserve the right to use digital verification methods to protect the integrity of the Tribe.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knotted Tree Studios operates. Any disputes will be handled within those courts.
